His Lordship made it through the night without (a) falling overboard; (b) keeping us up all night. He has, however, found out how to navigate in and out of the portholes. We rigged an emergency cat line (a large line hanging over the side) just in case. He was up with the dawn this morning and rousted out the crew. Fortunately, despite a mad dash through the porthole onto the captain's belly, the captain did not have to get up and supress mutiny.
