Final pre-launch work

Looks like we're pretty much set for launch. The yard is almost done buffing, all the glass work has been completed, the electronics are all tested, engine work done, and a coat of varnish all around for good measure.

I spent this morning swapping out the three year old laptop for a newer one, and reconnecting it to the nav system. I found a conflict between the external mouse and the AIS receiver... they were both using the same comport. No wonder the mouse jumped around all the time on the last machine. Resolved the issue by removing the external mouse altogether. With this newer laptop I really dont need it anyway.

I cleaned the reefer this afternoon and I powered it up. With any luck we'll have ice for drinks tomorrow.
